The room condition was amazing! It was super new and spotlessly clean. the open buffet for breakfast had good options for Chinese tourists and we were able to order Western food through room service, like pizza and pasta. the best part was the location. It was close to everything we wanted to do!
We had some issues with the hotel tour agency. We bought a river boat tour and city tour package, but there was no tour guide for the river tour, so we had to figure everything out ourselves.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The in-room safe provided added security for our valuables. The dining area was spacious and the buffet breakfast offered a variety of options.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room condition was amazing, it felt brand new. Even though not many personnel spoke English, we were still able to communicate. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had a good variety for Chinese tourists, but not as much for foreigners. However, the room service offered a selection of Western food like pizza and pasta. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our family had a pleasant stay at the hotel. the room was brand new and in great condition. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff, while limited in English-speaking abilities, were still able to communicate effectively. the breakfast buffet had good options for Chinese tourists and the room service had a variety of Western dishes like pizza and pasta. the hotel also had a wine restaurant on the first floor.
We did have some issues with the hotel's tour agency. There was no tour guide provided for the river boat tour, leaving us to figure out everything ourselves.
